Bauknight Pietras & Stormer offers competitive salaries comparable to other national accounting firms. Salary and performance are reviewed annually, with increases based on your skill development and accomplishments.

Benefits
The firm offers medical insurance coverage, as well as life insurance, dental, dependent care, accidental death and dismemberment, and other supplemental insurance coverage. 401(k) plan enrollment begins one year after employment.

Paid Time Off
Bauknight Pietras & Stormer wants its people to enjoy much-earned paid time off along with six paid holidays. Employees receive three weeks of personal time per year, which increases to four weeks a year after five years with the firm. Overtime can be accumulated for additional compensation or time off.

Memberships & Continuing Education
Bauknight Pietras & Stormer covers membership fees for approved professional organizations, as well as continuing education costs for its staff.
